At Antigonish, October 25, Mrs. Christena Gillis, widow of the late Angus Gillis. Deceased was in her seventy third year and had been in failing health for about two years. She is survived by one son Ronald in New Jersey, and two daughters: Mrs. Thayer, in New Hampshire, and Miss Sadie at home. The funeral took place Tuesday morning. Following requiem mass at the Cathedral by Father Campbell the remains were taken to Lochaber and interred in the Catholic cemetery. R.I.P.⁶
